FC Utrecht

• FC Utrecht has strong ambitions on and outside the playing field. Owner Frans van Seumeren asked Better Future to help take FC Utrecht to the next level with respect to the organization and its added value in society. To realize these ambitions, Better Future and partner Fresh Forward started working with a team of FC Utrecht managers to improve their effectiveness, formulate their role in society and develop their strategy for the future. During an intensive three day experience in Scotland, the participants experienced what hospitality, customer orientation and passion truly mean. These efforts have resulted in the concept ‘FC4YOU’, which is
• taking FC Utrecht closer to its community and will increase its contribution to society.
