Bosco Child Rescue

• Bosco Bangalore is a professional organisation rescuing children from the streets of Bangalore and integrating them back into society. Better Future has been working intensively with Bosco’s management on organisational renewal. In the areas of human resource development, child protection & care and marketing remarkable results have been achieved. Better Future has applied an action-oriented approach to learning which proved to be very effective. In this process the staff and managers were in the lead, with Better Future facilitating on the background.
