VVAA – AMREF

• Evert Greup, director of VvAA, asked Better Future to help them with a complete internal makeover: “For almost two years we had been working very hard to bring about a new corporate culture, improve our market position, and to align strategies towards our priority goal of becoming a warm and welcoming organization for our members.” VvAA, a membership organization for healthcare professionals, celebrated her 85th anniversary in 2009. This festive year formed the perfect opportunity for the organization to demonstrate its social involvement. In close cooperation with Better Future a partnership with AMREF Flying Doctors
• was initiated. The two organizations that both operate in the heart of healthcare and can strengthen each other in experience, organizational values and expertise in the most relevant way possible. The partnership will take place on different levels, employees, members as well as medical students will be actively involved in the partnership. Fundraising initiatives, Leadership Development and Future Leaders Health programs are vital elements for the success of this winning partnership.
