  Development Experiences are open enrolment programs in which (senior) managers, entrepreneurs and professionals from Europe and Africa learn from each other. Guided by top class coaches, participants work on their qualities as leaders. Starting from local needs, local communities are strengthened to raise their
• standards of life. Projects range from micro-finance, youth empowerment, agriculture to healthcare.
  
  Since 2003 Better Future has successfully organised Development Experiences in for instance The Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Uganda and Zambia.
