• From November 6th to November 19th, Better Future will be organizing its next development experience.
  
  The Development Experience is a unique leadership program in India for managers and professionals from Europe and India. Their common goal:
  develping their personal leadership and building the capacity of local organizations to create sustainable development in local communities.
   

   

•  

  'Real-life action learning' is the best way to describe this intensive program. Participants will work in local communities together with development professionals and community leaders. Small Indian-European working teams will work on lasting solutions for issues identified by the local organizations.
