• In search of a partner to help design their CSR program, Beiersdorf contacted Better Future for advice. Better Future proposed a partnership between Beiersdorf Belgium and Netherlands and the new micro-finance company Reliance Financial Services Gambia. The core business of the companies was so different that for Beiersdorf as well as Reliance this match was remarkable. Soon however, the inspiring mission of Reliance ‘Changing Lives’, its exciting ideas and innovative approach combined with the great enthusiasm, know-how and commitment from Beiersdorf proved a great fit. The two companies worked together in five different leadership
• programs in The Gambia on organizational issues and leadership development facilitated by Better Future.
