• Roche is one of the world’s leading research-focused healthcare groups in the fields of pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. Roche aims to make a contribution to people’s health and quality of life. To consolidate their leading position in the world, the organization needs constant innovation of their products, research and business. This requires an open mind, willingness to experiment and some vulnerability. As a learning organization, Roche needs a different kind of leadership. Together with Better Future a leadership program was initiated in partnership with the Angelsfound Foundation and its Newlifestyleresort.
• The program took place in this resort that is a leisure place for people that suffer(ed) from cancer and their relatives. Roche and Angelsfound Foundation worked on cases concerning the Newlifestyleresort; the mission  statement, marketing plan, PR and more. The experience made Roche team members more disposed to try a different perspective. The real-life business case propelled their personal  development and professional effectiveness.
