In December 2009, Better Future facilitated a top-team experience for the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in Madagascar. Goal was to develop personal leadership of local management, creating an organizational culture of support and appreciation, and to make the organization as a whole more effective in reaching is mission of conserving the unique nature in Madagascar.
    Quoting one of the participants:
“The Better Future training gave me the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of myself and showed me the importance of people around me, not only for work, but also for me, for my equilibrium and happiness.”

  • About the program Niall O'Connor, regional representative of WWF, says:
"The training my senior management team received brought about the clarity of working as a team, of understanding the person behind the position, and how best to work with this person, for maximum results. It created a more open and collaborative understanding among the team, inspiring many of them to review how they work, why the work for WWF and how they could continue to enhance their roles for the benefit of our office. I have seen great changes in almost all the staff on the training, great enthusiasm since (almost one month on and most continue to talk about it and how it impacted on them!) and a willingness now to really come together in a way not experienced before. Long may it continue."
